Built by an agency, for the way agencies actually work
ScopeDeck was built by an agency for agencies, to fix the hand-off problem: the quote you negotiate becomes a dead PDF the moment delivery begins.
No card needed. 2 clients and 5 quotes free forever. Unlimited teammates.
The hand-off problem we set out to fix
We ran an agency. We wrote quotes in one tool, rebuilt them as specifications in another, then retyped the whole thing a third time as tasks in a project tool. Every hand-off lost detail. A decision made during scoping never reached delivery. We quoted one thing and, three tools later, built something slightly different.
The proposal tools we tried were good at the sale and blind to everything after it. They stopped at a signed PDF. Nobody was carrying the document, the structure, the wording, the hours, the technical notes, through to the people who actually had to build the work.
Our one editorial idea
Everything in ScopeDeck comes from a single conviction: the document should survive the sale and become the build plan.
So we built one section tree that holds the quote, the specification and the delivery tasks as layers on top of each other. Write the quote, promote it to a spec that carries your wording forward, then hand the same Scope to delivery as combined tasks, without re-typing or re-structuring anything. The commercial figure you agreed, the hours you estimated and the notes your scoper left all travel with the work.
What we believe
- Your document is an asset, not a formality. It should still be working for you long after the
ink is dry.
- Teams should not be taxed for existing. That is why every plan includes unlimited users, with
no per-seat charge.
- Honesty beats hype. We tell you plainly what ships today and what is still on the
roadmap. No "revolutionary", no benchmarks we cannot stand behind.
- Your data is yours. Export it whenever you want, see security.
Who is behind it
ScopeDeck is built and run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], founded by [FOUNDER NAME]. The team comes from agency and studio delivery, which is why the product is opinionated about the things that actually go wrong between winning work and building it.
